On rare occasion, a bank or building society may misread a situation where Yodlee has logged in to your account to retrieve your latest balance and transactions, wrongly believing that the login should not be happening. If such a situation occurs, we would advise you to:
Contact your bank and explain the situation
Request the bank lifts the suspension
Confirm they understand the ongoing aggregation process performed by Yodlee
